“Rain and Thunder” 

Tik Tak..Went the rain, 

that same rain that called for my name.

As it trickled down the roof,

 as it swirled in a pool.

As feet stomped into puddles, 

married couples chuckle

The sound of laughter, 

as the rain went faster.

As parents called for them, they ran away.

Drip Drip..

It’s silent, almost too silent, 

but at the same time violent.

Wabam!

As rain clashes it’s new friend thunder forms.

Children scurry away with all their energy begging for mercy.

Thunder called for me, while Rain crawled away

Thunder gave up and said his goodbyes.

Then Sun popped out and said hooray!
